We have a processing time of 1-2 business days. You should receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed.

Shipping

We offer complimentary shipping on all US orders and free international shipping on orders over $200.

Domestic shipping in the USA typically takes 2-5 business days via USPS Ground Advantage.

International shipping takes 7-21 days via USPS First Class International.

Expedited shipping is available with USPS Priority Mail and USPS Priority Express.

Orders over $400 will require signature confirmation upon delivery.

Customs & Duty Fees

The receiver will get contacted by customs once their shipment arrives and will have to settle any charges for customs to release the shipment and have it delivered to the customer.

US Orders: We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return. You can opt for a refund to the original payment method and get a pre-paid shipping label for $5 (which is deducted from the refund), or ship with your own method.

International Orders: We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return. You can choose either store credit or refund to original payment method. International customers are responsible for return shipping.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We do not accept returns for personalized jewelry or final sale items.

Returns must be sent out within 30 days of initiating the return. Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect the item and send out a confirmation email with information on the refund to your original method of payment. We offer free exchanges for the same item in a different color or size. If you would like to exchange for a different style, then you may choose store credit instead. After processing the exchange, the buyer will receive a confirmation email containing a SC code, which can then be used to discount their initial purchase amount from any future order.
