Processing Time
We have a processing time of 1-2 business days. You should receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed.
You can find your order’s Current Status by visiting your purchase history when logged into your account.
Shipping
We offer complimentary shipping on all US orders and free international shipping on orders over $200.
Domestic shipping in the USA typically takes 2-5 business days via USPS Ground Advantage.
International shipping takes 7-21 days via USPS First Class International.
Expedited shipping is available with USPS Priority Mail and USPS Priority Express.
Please reach out regarding any additional shipping requests.
Delivery timeframes are an estimate and are not guaranteed by the carrier.
Orders over $400 will require signature confirmation upon delivery.
Customs & Duty Fees
The receiver will get contacted by customs once their shipment arrives and will have to settle any charges for customs to release the shipment and have it delivered to the customer.
Please note that we have no control over how your country charges duty fees. We are not responsible for paying any customs taxes on international orders.
US Orders: We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return. You can opt for a refund to the original payment method and get a pre-paid shipping label for $5 (which is deducted from the refund), or ship with your own method.
International Orders: We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return. You can choose either store credit or refund to original payment method. International customers are responsible for return shipping.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We do not accept returns for personalized jewelry or final sale items.
Returns must be sent out within 30 days of initiating the return. Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect the item and send out a confirmation email with information on the refund to your original method of payment. Please note, due to credit card processing times, your refund can take up to 7 days to fully process.

Exchange Policy
We offer free exchanges for the same item in a different color or size. If you would like to exchange for a different style, then you may choose store credit instead. After processing the exchange, the buyer will receive a confirmation email containing a SC code, which can then be used to discount their initial purchase amount from any future order.
Store your jewelry in a soft lined box or pouch when not in use to prevent scratching and tangling. Remove your jewelry before using household cleaning products, or swimming in chlorinated pools. Avoid objects that can scratch or chip the finish and limit direct contact with chemicals that may contain harsh abrasives such as perfumes, lotions, hairspray, and other beauty products. Cleaning your jewelry is best done with warm water and detergent free soap. Thoroughly dry with a clean towel, and gently buff using our soft microfiber polishing cloth.
